MSTEP Starts Next Week!

Next week, the MSTEP (the successor to the MEAP) will begin testing the 5th grade students. This is the first time that an online test has been used for a statewide assessment of this type. We are working hard to make this as seamless a transition as possible for the students. If you would like to see a preview of what the students will be working on, you can go to this link:

If you click on the Spring 2015 Preview, and follow the prompts, you can enter the preview test. The login information is provided for you on the login screen.  Once in, you will be given a practice test for the subject that you choose. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Pirates of Penzance

Pirates of Penzance Viewing On Friday, April 8, 2016, 4th and 5th grade students will be walking to the High School to see a special viewing of the high school's rendition of, The Pirates of Penzance . We will be leaving the school at 12:50 and returning in time for dismissal. Please make sure your student has appropriate attire (coat, hat, mittens) for the walk. If, by chance, we have anyone with crutches, we will make sure they don't have to suffer the walk over.  :-)  Thanks!

Santa's Secret Shop

SANTA'S SECRET SHOP: ARRIVING SOON! It is that time of year again, and Santa's Secret Shop will be arriving at Cherry Street after the Thanksgiving Break. Students will have time to cruise the shop and look for small gifts for loved ones. In order to make this work to best of its ability, Cherry Street is asking for volunteers to help run the shop.
